I agree. Things are not working anymore like they always did in the USA.

We are becoming the Soviet Union where "they pretend to pay us and we pretend to work". The inefficiencies inherent in the Communist State caused its collapse.

The Work Ethic is systematically destroyed. Pride in work? people are more proud of scamming the system. welfare, looting are justified.

Riots and crime are excused. Property not protected, and only some lives really matter.

Small business owners I believe are often still loyal to their employees, and sometimes (only sometimes) vice versa.
