Had some thoughts on the other thread you have stickied, but tired. TLDR Durham says things are not criminally prosecutably as is, and kind of trails off before saying something which felt like he was about to elaborate how they are prosecutable. Military? Seemed vaguely juicy, but I'm just beat.

I fully agree with your summation. The Commie Leftards are pushing back so hard trying to set up their defense for future Tribunals. Durham is being very guarded in his answers that I believe it is because he will be a witness in future prosecutions.
It appears he held much back. It's possible many on the panel will be subject to question in the future. Very few we're able to stay on task with what the report actually contained. Let's see what happens.
