Consider this before claiming they are all RINOS. The below 5 reps are all on the ethics committee. They will have to "judge" Schiff. They absolutely should "recuse themselves" by voting PRESENT or not vote.

Now - I'm not claiming they actually are not RINOS - I don't know enough about them individually to figure that out. They may be for all I know. I'm only saying they actually did the right thing in this case.
