Q says in addition to Durham, not Durham he is talking about. The date on this was right before the 2020 election in Sept 2020. Before today, this may have been the assumption but now, with this new theory, this Q post can be looked at as an additional prosecutor.

No, this is Q saying someone else was appointed by SESSIONS in addition to HUBER.
This person was DURHAM.
