This is nothing more than a guy who consulted a couple of engineers that said, yes the carbon fiber hull at 5" thick will withstand the pressure.

Yes, the titanium bolted cap will withstand the pressure.

What he did not get verification on?

The material science engineer that would have told him this adhesive glue idea of mounting the two?
