To correct the facts:

It was Steve Bannon saying it.
It was “alphabet agencies”.
Jim yet needs to confirm, … maybe in the next interview.

I’ve read the transcript, listened to the interview.

I appreciate the important topic but the subject is a click bait. Not the technique we like to see here.
