This seems to be a shockingly boring, uninformative, and indifferent document.

There might be a few data points and dates of significance in there for anons highly familiar with the material, but on the whole there's nothing.

I guess the upside is unlike during the entirety of the scamdemic, in the report they don't pretend to know anything.
