Very interesting. Does this mean Trumps second term deportation policies can't be challenged on the legal grounds SCOTUS just rejected?

Bottom line, Constitutional Law is a very nerdy niche specialty so I NEVER get triggered by emo bait headlines no matter which "side" deploys them.
