That's not very convincing. Seems like Twitter is being used as a tool. Is this a modern remake of Sparticus?

The Voronezh region is far from Bahkmut and half way between Moscow. Traveling would be on the highways. Earlier it was reported that it was the Rostov region that was under attack. That's in the opposite direction.
