I agree, and where there is the 'Castle Doctrine' or Concealed Carry rights, or just general self-defense rights, we have certain other rights even if they assault you or your children in a public place. That said, I would simply start with avoiding them, if they come after me and mine threateningly, then all bets are off if they are anywhere on my personal property. ) Thank God for Castle Doctrine in some states!
