As the war in Ukraine went into winter, everyone talked about the fact there wouldn't be really any territorial gains during the colder months

Then they talked about spring offensives so I think weather does have a gigantic part to do with it.

That is totally clear, but 24th, 22nd and 23rd? Why not 1st of June or June 30th, 15th?
