Yea all those girls that aren’t yet women desperately need their abortions…. I hate this place 🤦🏻♀️ Once you have your period and can have a child you are no longer a “girl”. Getting your period means welcome to womanhood. If you are impregnating s young woman who has a period but is not of legal age you’re a criminal and hiding your crime shouldn’t be so easy.
Now that you point that out, I wonder how many pregnancies are the result of a crime. Although, I don't think an 18 yr old making it with a 17 yr old should be a crime. Maybe not acceptable, but not a crime.
The first case they touted as someone not being able to get “reproductive care” was a 10 year old that needed to go to another state due to a rape via incest pregnancy. This is why they want abortions at will. It’s actually a huge problem and planned parenthood does not inquire when minors come in for procedures.
As far as 17/18 year olds, when you’re 17 and get pregnant you should have to have a parent or legal guardian with you for the procedure. There should also be extensive information shared on the risks and realities of what the procedure does to your body. They never mention postpartum depression or hormonal imbalances. That you body will react as if a miscarriage occurred and what that actually means. They treat like lasik at the mall and that’s so far from the case.
I’m saying once you have your period, you are capable of having children and that is what has traditionally been known as “entering womanhood”. I also stated that is why the laws in place need to be enforced. If a 12 year old gets pregnant many questions need to be asked, like who is the father? Not, where’s the closest abortion shop?

"I don't think an 18 yr old making it with a 17 yr old should be a crime"
Isn't that why Romeo and Juliet laws exist?
Depends on the location. Not something I ever had to worry about.
