If it was a "constitutional right" then the Supreme Court could not have "done away" with it. There is no constitutional right to have loose sex and then hire a doctor to eliminate the consequences of that behavior. There is no constitutional right to have a fetus terminated as if it were a consumer service. Women can choose, they can choose what kind of birth control they would like to use.
Abortions should be managed like organ transplants. The hospital should have to assemble a panel of doctors to review the case, and only if it's actually medically necessary can it be done.
