Quick question, If "white hats" were behind President Trump's election and Presidency, why didn't they direct who should be hired for various positions in his administration?

Please chime in if you have a good explanation for Trump hiring so many swamp creatures, deep staters, and incompetents.

Because the promise was to drain the swamp while also allowing the people to wake up and determine who the swamp actually was.

That required exposure of the deep state, by bringing them into the limelight and digging their own metaphorical and sometimes literal graves.
