I think the WHs most definitely had a hand in the selection of Trump’s administration. I believe a lot of these people were offered the deal-play along or suffer the full consequences of your crimes. I would imagine you’d need people on the inside to thwart major collateral damage to the public. We know this operation has been going on for a long time but none of us knows how long.
