There are a lot of good answers given here, but one obvious missed is that certain people were put in roles KNOWING they would obstruct/delay, or cover up. The timing had to be right and I think they used game theory to ensure certain things weren't released until the most devastating time. For example, everyone is flipping out that Barr\Wray sat on the whistleblower info about Hunter\Joe, but back then it wouldn't have had nearly the effect that it will now. The 2020 election was stolen but unfortunately I think it had to be stolen. You either want to fix it and leverage a devastating blow to this Cabal, or you don't.
