Quick question, If "white hats" were behind President Trump's election and Presidency, why didn't they direct who should be hired for various positions in his administration?

Please chime in if you have a good explanation for Trump hiring so many swamp creatures, deep staters, and incompetents.

To add to what others have said, Trump mentioned before that he would like to lose it all just to see who would stay and remain loyal. That's what he did. He made it look like he lost it all, then we were all able to see who turned their backs on him. We found out who the true rinos are.
