The Bible guides our principles, the Constitution guides our laws.
They are free to wear whatever they like, we are free to be ass hats about it as long as we don't infringe on that right.
They are not free to abuse children.
I am fully in agreement that the slope is slippery, but I would argue that we had many points that we could have stopped this and people stood by and watched instead.
I am a bit hesitant to blame the slippery slope for this, as it isn't the only factor. Governmental and Mockingbird pressure spurred this on. They took a slippery slope, sanded it smooth, applied lubricant, created a machine to launch and fired that ball down that slope so fast that only strong people could have stopped it.
Had the government not been pushing this so strongly, I fully believe that we would have seen people stand up to stop it. But few are strong enough to stand against this apparatus, and we needed many.
Too many government programs supported this and became foundational pillars for the growth of this.
All this is to say, I want to place blame at the feet of those who specifically worked to ensure we would reach this point.
Degeneracy and sin has existed forever, but it was people raising their children according to their own ideals that kept sin from festering and spreading like an arsonist's wildfire.
Now schools, the internet, governments are raising the children. Redditors. If you don't transition your kid, the government takes them.
"Christianity bad. Sins are just the ramblings of evil white supremacists. Give in to sexuality as a child, give in to your impulses, don't try to control yourself. Those are outdated. Don't be like your parents, that's old!"
These are the things kids are raised on today.
TL;DR: It begins with culture and the abolition of laws, not the restrictions of freedom. If you restrict what someone wears, that will be abusable by unsavory types. When making laws, or even more, Constitutional amendments, you have to be cognizant about how it can affect you or future generations.

Well said. I agree.
