Says RT, but the US couldn't have been snookered, if that's the case, unless they "knew" about a coup attempt. The US-NATO-CIA are so predictable about their regime change strategy in general, if I knew I was on their short list, I'd factor their willingness to foment rebellion into my own strategy.
