By the costume, looks to be a few of the "Patriot Front" boys. A group of mostly Fed's or Fed's in training.

They show up to cause trouble at most Patriotic gatherings and then blame it on the Patriots.

We will know for sure when the guys that engaged them get served warrants for assaulting a federal agent or member of law enforcement.
