My belief is that while any possible "future" timeline can be explored, it is not known with 100% confidence that most events will happen. It violates one of the fundamental laws of the universe (free will). I do think NCSWIC is true though because it is an event that was set into motion long ago (or has already occurred and we don't know it). I also do not believe that anything can happen; it at least needs to be possible to happen, hence how there could be a bottlenecking event because it is the only possible event.

This is starting to make me believe in time travel.

Time is just an illusion - stated by numerous physicists much smarter than me.
