After 2020 until late 2022 he kept it vague: "best is yet to come" and "you're gonna be happy"

But now he's a lot more deliberate: "when I am back in the oval office..." and "justice WILL (emphasis mine) be served in November 2024"

No "if I win" or "if I get back to the oval office"

This is interesting observation. I'm trying to figure out how this "go early" might play out. I think the Deep State would have to try something really terrible, but there appears to be lots of events that need to happen under Biden admin yet and we are already down to just under 17 months ahead of November 2024.
