I thought this too as my 5th grader read a Scholastic News article about this submarine that visits the Titanic. The class had to write an opinion essay on if they would spend a vacation doing this and the whole thing just seemed weird. This is after the same kids’ news magazine had an article about “eating the bugs” and also brain chips. My daughter hates Scholastic now and I tried to tell the idiot PFA to no avail.
