Kudos for taking the psycho down. He lost his breathe from running 50 yards though... If he was able to run the whole 200 yards, I think the psycho would have shot less rounds.
Right? I'm not even in shape and I could have sprinted all the way there. He got winded too quickly. Granted, he is wearing a bullet proof vest and other equipment, but he did not sound very in-shape at all.
Give it a try. Put on 35lbs of weights, start running. Also, before you start running jack up your system with adrenaline and fear. Also, make sure you can still keep your heart rate at a level where you can effectively hit targets in a small grouping at 300 yards.
Wouldnt adrenaline make you go the extra mile? He was out of shape for sure based on his breathing. Standards have been dropped and cops need to be held accountable because their lives and others are at stake.
If this was recent, Texas currently has 100+ degree heat, I don't blame him one bit for not sprinting the full way and collapsing before he could eliminate the threat.

You might be able to keep up, Steve. But the pee running down your legs would be very uncomfortable for you.
