It is so Smokey here in VA near DC - my head is killing me and that is from just brief moments outside - I have been guzzling water thinking maybe I'm dehydrated - but no it's what ever in in the air - I feel out of sorts too and my eyes are burning. I must say that I still will not put on a freaking mask, never again and the only time I ever wore one before was in the grocery store to avoid drama from morons.
The mask won't help anyway. I wore a mask-exemption card and all but one store would not let me in. I haven't shopped there since and am willing to pay whatever the cost to not shop there. I remember going into the OR as a patient and asking "If you all have masks on, why in the hell do I have to wear one?" They apparently didn't appreciate my question but at least they didn't leave anything behind... :)
Whatever in the heck was in that smoke sure didn't smell like wood, it smelled like chemicals. Wait until your eyes stop burning and you get the itchy gritty feeling. That should start tomorrow. Unless you wear a respirator, consider yourself exposed to whatever that is. I just hope that it doesn't ruin all of the gardens people have planted around here, myself included. More importantly, I hope that it doesn't kill anybody.
Never again.
Shove those masks up your ass.
Never fucking again. We see what your trying to do!!!

Supposedly the NJ air index, whatever that is, will be in the 100s, whatever that means.
It's way better today than it was yesterday. We just got back from an outdoor concert and there was only one maskhole present!
In this state the maskholes never gave them up.
