I do pray for our blessed Lord to keep her safe and place a hedge of protection around her. However she is 24 years old and shouldn't have to ask your parents permission to do anything. And if she left as an adult, then she did not sneak out. I also pray that your parents forgive her and understand it is time to cut the apron strings. God bless and I pray she enjoys her freedom.
