My town has canceled fireworks this year due to lack of funding from local sponsors. After they poured money into pride month and juneteenth activities, there was no money left for this white supremicist, nationalistic and surely racial celebration of our country’s freedom.

Our local banks and hospital used to fund the fireworks, but this year, due to ESG amd DEI pushing them to fund the other events, there’s nothing left for the 4th of July. All by design. I have overdosed on rainbow colors. I need a red, white and blue fix.
