This ruling confirms an opinion I've long held about the liberal justices on the SCOTUS: They're not very bright.

Yes, we all know that they don't give a damn about the Constitution and they have a warped perspective on America. But I read the full dissent this morning after seeing the quotes from Gorsuch in the article posted by the OP.

The dissent piece is laughably (and yet terrifyingly) bad. Circular logic, legal arguments that reach so far beyond the precedents they cite as to be ridiculous, and at times even self-contradictory. These three women are far from the best that America has to offer.
