Court: Michigan didn't have legal authority for some COVID-19 restaurant restrictions

The judge who dissented wrote since the COVID-19 emergency orders have long been over, the case should be dismissed over mootness.

Don't worry, decision is from a Court of Appeals. Our stolen SC will no doubt reverse it.
