I heard Trump is going to get seditious conspiracy charges for Jan 6th so they can get him out of politics.
The House needs to form a new select committee NOW and investigate:
- Who benefitted from the Jan 6th riot? After all, the procedure of contesting stolen states (as set forth in the Election Act of 1899) was prevented by the riot. Instead of getting 2 hour debates for each contested state, Pelosi canceled that constitutional procedure and held the vote without the right to contest. In fact, the riot started right when AZ was contested (even before Trump ended his speech). Fishy.
- Why was the pipe bomber not located and prosecuted when the video of the license plate was captured?
- Why were the magnetic doors opened by Capitol police? What possible motive did they have to open the doors?
- Why did police cut the tarp under the bleachers (allowing easier access to the capitol)?
- Why did police wave people in, take selfies, guide them through, and not demand they leave?
- Who were those rioters who were waiting inside the capitol, then starting their riot when they were told it was time to go?
- Why were there feds dressed as Trump supporters urging people to enter?
- Why was Jake Sullivan not imprisoned since he entered, said violent things, took a whack at a window, dressed like a Trump supporter even though he is antifa, and videotaped the partner saying, "I can't believe we got them to enter!"
- Why did police shoot crowd-control weapons into the crowd full of people just standing?
- Why did prisoners get such abusive treatment and delayed trials?
- Why did the last committee not show any video of peaceful protesters pulling destructive rioters off the window and scolding them?
- Why don't they research video of the grounds the day before to find the buses full of antifa arriving (under escort)?
- Who wanted to stop the procedures so badly and prevent them in the future that they attempted a bill in July to take away the rights of Congress to contest stolen states (as set forth in the Election Act of 1899)? Then, when that legislation didn't pass, they snuck it into the omnibus bill. Now, it takes 1/3 of Congress to contest the state instead of just needing one Senator and one House member.
On the heels of the Durham hearing exposing the Russia hoax, these hearings would be effective to shift the heat of Trump's new indictments to the democrats responsible for orchestrating the Jan 6th frame job.
Yea. I thought of that, too. They cannot expose themselves. Just like with 9-11. They can never admit they are to blame and attacked Iraq as a cover. The ramifications are too big!
