If a baby that was only minutes out of the womb dies, would it go to Hell since it is naturally sinful, and in all likelyhood didn't accept Jesus as it's lord and savior?
That’s a good question that is frequently discussed in theology classes at seminaries around the world. The Bible has several verses citing when the child reaches a point where they understand right and wrong and sin vs. righteousness, that they become subject to judgment. It is well understood that no parent or adult figure ever needs to teach a child how to lie. Their sin nature will cause them to lie when they see a reason to do so.
BTW, I gave you an upvote to cancel the downvote someone gave you because this is a very good question that needs to be studied by Christians at all levels of development as well as people outside the faith who want to know where the Bible stands on certain issues.
