I see your point.

But I honestly think the Cabal makes deals with governments to release their criminals into other countries.

If you listen to Trump. He keeps mentioning how all the countries are releasing their criminals into our country.

That's the reason why they are not assimilating. These are thugs that their own country is telling them "Get out of here... and go to this other country"
