I can never settle on where Graham really stands. I go back to the Kavanaugh Supreme Court hearing when, out of the clear blue, Graham began to question him about constitutional support for the military conducting trials of civilians. The Judge did not seem surprised and was prepared with ready citations of cases from the WW II era. Everyone on the committee seemed to be confused but both they and the media seemed to pass it off as old Lindsey just going off the rails again. Later when Q began speaking of "military being the only way", I remembered this incident and have always wondered about this strange man and his relationship with President Trump and the plan.
