Been to Pinal a few times and, yes, Evergreen is there and, yes, it is a known skunkworks/CIA site. Fire Extinguishing is a BS cover that is used from the original owner; they dont do that there.

We've been to Pima Air Museum and Davis Monthan Air Base. Fascinating to experience. Went inside an early Air Force One plane that JFK used...a Boeing 707, I believe.

Do these aircraft @Pinal look like commercial aircraft with fake, painted windows and commercial carrier livery? Or do they have grey, Air Force-style paint scheme with a stripe on the top as noted in video?
Both. Depends on what their purpose is. Not all of those you see are used for the same thing. Some are contracted out for PAX, others are dedicated sprayers, while others are for....well, who knows.
