It's either an AI bot or a scammer or a parody account. I tried to pull up their Twitter account to look through their posts, but their account has been suspended.
But going by the replies of people tagging her, I'm 100% convinced it's not a legitimate account. Legitimate meaning their content is actually something they believe.

Looks like the entire point of that account was to trigger conservatives. Not sure why they wanted to do that, though. Maybe to get us angry enough to get more involved in politics (encouraging nonvoters to vote). Maybe it's supposed to push us into another civil war. Maybe it's to make us look foolish for falling for her BS. Who knows. 🤷
