Starting July 1st, newly eligible Massachusetts residents can apply for their Learner’s Permit and road test to obtain a license; RMV increasing staff, extending hours, and expanding translated materials in preparation for implementation of the law.

I am so glad my daughter didn't take the job offer in Boston. She's going to rural Ohio instead. Prayers answered for sure.
