In Southern California - the Mexican Flag is flown below the AMERICAN Flag at all Police Stations / Sheriff Stations / Government Buildings / Department of Motor Vehicles - "SEE SOMETHING - SAY SOMETHING" . Everybody just accept's it here in So Cal.
