This change was supposed to take place before COVID happened. The requirement has been postponed twice now. I do want to say this, I have the new license and it is damn hard to get. The reason I say that is because of all the documentation you have to provide, it is ridiculous. I see one good thing that can come from this. There is no way in hell an illegal is going to get one of these licenses.
