PRC 1987:Establishes public ownership of all Presidential records and defines the term Presidential records. We own President Trump's Records. He can release them at any time. He got'em hook, line, and sinker. Hey, President Obama, we would like to see all the records that you hid away, please.

Presidential records become available after 5 years.

You can submit a Freedom of Information Act request Obama's records since January of last year
