Give him some reading on what happened to the Brownshirts in Nazi Germany when they finally took power. Then give him a homework assignment to research what happened to German citizens that didn't want the Nazi's to take power, but remained quiet because of the fear tactics employed by the Brown Shirts. He can stand up for what he believes and fight for freedom or he can succumb to fear and kneel before his masters. After they gain absolute control, your life is forfeit.
