If you look at Joe Biden you can tell he has had some plastic surgery. His face is way tight. Perhaps he was in the healing phase when he locked himself in his basement during the 2020 election?
In this first link I created a meme showing a few things on a pic from the post below. There is a red X showing a bruise at the top of the ear. There is a red line showing the edge of a round bandaid, at the bottom of the ear is a yellow line showing the incision scar from a facelift.

I think what is going on in this photo, Biden has had some issues with post operative wound healing. He had a dehiscence of the incision from his facelift. Dehiscence means the wound opened up, the edges of skin never fused together and it broke open. The fact that he is wearing that mask on his face, he is old and circulation is poor, both could lead to issues with the wound healing properly. Perhaps the surgeon removed too much skin placing extra pressure at the top of the ear which caused the failed wound healing.

Here is a GA post from a week ago. I am not 100% sure but I theorize that the marks on Bidens face could be from elastic surgical tape, that wrapped around the back of his head, pulling the skin while he is sleeping This anchoring process would relieve pressure on the dehiscence giving the wound the ability to heal.

There are no videos of James Biden to be found on the internet so we can hear his voice, believe me, I looked hard. If any ever existed, they have been removed.
If we think about these facts and realize the FBI have failed to prosecute Hunter and James Biden for money laundering, pay to play, FARA violations, tax evasion. Could the reason be the FBI have been stonewalling this investigation is because James Biden is playing the actor in the Joe Biden slot? How do you prosecute James Biden when he is needed for the movie?
Look at this photo of James Biden. He has a age spot on his face that looks like a Pacman below his sideburn. He also has a spot in the center of his cheek. Use the control button and mouse wheel to zoom in.
Now look at this photo of Joe Biden. You see the same age spot that looks like a Pacman moved back to his ear, it moved because of the facelift. The dark spot in the center of the cheek is also there, they are just pulled away from the mouth from the facelift. He could also have had skin bleaching or laser surgery to reduce the appearance of these spots.
Also, James Biden had crow's feet around his eyes, so does the new Joe. If you look at old photos of Joe like the one below, Joe didn't have crow's feet. The forehead lines are absent as well.
Looking at the 2 links above I have marked 1 and 2, look at the forehead lines of James and the new joe. There is a deep line above James's left eyebrow, you can see it on Joe. The lines match up, they have been stretched smooth from a eye brow lift, seen below.

The old Joe Biden also had big fuzzy eyeborws, James Biden has thin eyebrows, the new Joe has thin eyebrows. The earlobes make sense as well, James has connected earlobes, the original Joe Biden had detached earlobes.
We have seen many pics and videos where it looks like Joe is wearing a silicone prosthetic. This prosthetic may only be a partial mask that changes the look of the ears perhaps. You see James Has a small / shorter outer circle of the ear, a prosthetic could change that. Given all the similarities we see between James and the new Joe faces, what conclusion can we make? Q said you need good actors to make a good movie.
I would be willing to bet Joe Biden gets impeached about the same time James Biden gets prosecuted. Or, perhaps James gets a plea deal for playing along with the Q team? Who knows if James was even a willing participant in the financial crimes, he may have got drug into it against his will. I think Q told us it would be difficult to determine who was on the good team and who was on the bad team. Hunter and James were not politicians. They never took a oath like all of our elected officials did. I think these crimes against Hunter and James will lead to bigger and better targets.
