Since I don’t watch tv, can someone tell me why there are riots going in? Is this spill over from the farmers, or invaders being invaders?

A young 17y old has been killed by a cop. The 17y franco-algerian drove his very fancy car like a retard, almost killed some random people then the cops stopped him, tell him to stop but he didn't, he has been shot in the head.

People are crazy about this here, talking about fundraising for the young VS fundraising for the cop
