Just a note: some people I used to work with would swear by these warnings.
They would turn their brains off like it was a warning from an angel in heaven.
Warnings like these should probably be treated the same way as defamation.
Caveat: It'd be different if it were just some random commenter, but this is the app itself.
The person that the label is warning about is probably never notified unless it is posted like this by someone else, so they wouldn't even know that it's happening. It so underhanded.
