It's funny it reminds me of a story :

The Winklevoss twins, Cameron and Tyler, claimed that Mark Zuckerberg stole the idea for Facebook from them while they were all students at Harvard University. They filed a lawsuit against Zuckerberg in 2004, and the case was eventually settled in 2008. As part of the settlement, the Winklevosses received $65 million in cash and Facebook stock.The legitimacy of their claim is a matter of perspective. The Winklevosses argue that Zuckerberg stole the idea for Facebook from them and used it to create the social network we know today. Zuckerberg, on the other hand, has always maintained that he did not steal the idea and that the Winklevosses' idea was different from Facebook. The court case ultimately ended in a settlement, rather than a ruling on the legitimacy of the claim.
