I hear the city municipalities buy up commercial real estate from businesses leaving the state so they prob do the same with private property. Prolly so they can house all the illegals. It's crazy to hear the so called leaders thinking out loud.
Here is San Diego, they are clearly trying to get us out of our cars and ride a bike within our 15 minute city. They built low income housing with insufficient parking right across from City Hall in National City (SD suburb) and now it's a cluster. In their fantasy land everyone rides the trolley, walks or bikes to work but our county is very spread out. SMH>

I can't imagine riding a bike from Poway into downtown.
I’m in San Diego too , they want us on bikes for sure , it’s all happening as it was planned years sgo. It’s a horror to watch !
