It's not a choice for many of us, once you reach a level of consciousness, you cannot lower it back to unknowing. Some may have to nudge theirs a bit, to get out of the "time" paradigm, that's all. Time is a construct that this evil world operates in. Once you are willing to see that, it ceases to be a rollercoaster, and becomes an ascendance, seemingly slow sometimes, but that is just a subjective perspective. There are base camps to rest at as we continue on, but we continue the climb.
