In the proof graphic, it appears someone has superimposed an IWC watch face onto Hunter's arm. However, this doesn't seem to match the watch Hunter was wearing.
Another photo of Hunter from the same set shows that the watch he is wearing has the stopwatch/seconds counter on the left and right-hand side of the watch face:
It’s not a yacht club, but it is a Portugeiser. Reference watch has blued hands. Yacht Club does not. Interesting that the registers changed orientation in the photo shoot, which leads me to believe that the photo had a face shopped on it. It does look like an IWC. Watchfag here.
The logo looks like it might say Glashutte. I’m on the move right now and don’t have time to look. Doesn’t look like a PP to me. Could still be an IWC.
More than one similar photo can exist. You tend to take multiples in photography. It's never just one and done..
See how a glare of glass might ruin the shot.
Did you make this graphic, @ThePowerofPrayer? There appears to have been an edit to the original photo of Hunter which is inaccurate.
The watch face in the original photo of Hunter is not visible due to the glare of sunlight: https://nypost.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2022/04/hunter-biden-laptop-39-2.jpg

However, the IWC Portugeiser Yacht Club Chronograph has the stopwatch/seconds counter on the top and bottom of the watch face.
It is not the same watch! Can we confirm for definite that it is even an IWC watch?

I'm having trouble finding an IWC Portugeiser that matches.
Here are some of Hunter's photos that I've cropped/rotated so we can see the watch face:

Would be good to find out the make/model of Hunter's watch.
The watch used by Q is an IWC Portugeiser Chronograph Classic (2017): https://www.iwc.com/gb/en/past-collections/portugieser/iw390302-portugieser-chronograph-classic.html

The first pic you linked to doesn’t look like a glare to me, it looks like it was photo edited for the shoot.
Could be edited, but seems more likely to be overexposure.
