We knew CBDC's involved expiry dates on "cash", programmability and social credit scores, but who had “new Constitutional convention” on their bingo card for the roll-out of CBDCs? We do now.

Wow .... normally one would be forgiven to think that re-numeration relates to income or other advantages,

re = again; numerat = to count/name, ion = making noun
