Common American English, is the main Language we use, it is codified, and stable, and has had minor changes in the last 200 Years, mostly additions to the language in order to make our Technologies easier to understand and work with....
American Legalese, a solid unmovable Language that is currently under attack by people who are working diligently to undo soo many thousands of Years of codifying Law and Maxims of Law, along with confusing the Definitions of the Words and Terms in our Law System....
The thing that I see, that is the Worst possible loss in American History, is the loss of American Heritage of Legalese, all of the Founders were well versed in Legalese, could speak it clearly and had a great grasp upon its use along with the Common Tongue....
