I spent about 1 minute thinking this was Musk (that's a long time in today's terms). I visited the Twitt, liked and retweeted the tweet, then read some comments and noticed one that mentioned:
"This is not just a parody account; it mirrors Musks emotions directly" or something like that, and I went, uh, wait... and looked at the actual handle.
But as for lizard boy, that is, without a doubt, good ol' zuckerbucks.
